Matt Tynan

Architect

Drawn to architecture from an early age, Matt attended the University of Colorado in Boulder to begin his career. After graduating, he completed an internship In Breckenridge, where he met Conor Robinson. Resisting the pull of the mountains, he moved back to the Front Range and earned a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado in Denver. While in Denver, he worked as a project architect, developing a strong portfolio of commercial and industrial work and gaining invaluable experience in all project phases. After obtaining his architectural license, Matt relocated to Bend, Oregon, in 2013, where he worked on a variety of project types, including many of Bend's favorite restaurants and retail shops. He joined Robinson Architecture & Design in 2022 as a remote worker and continues to help RAD bring great residential design to Colorado from his home base in Bend.

Noah Bentley

Architect

Born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, Noah grew up surrounded by wild landscapes that shaped his love for design and the outdoors. He carried that spirit with him to Montana State University, where he sharpened his creative thinking skills and never missed a chance to get into the mountains.

Since launching his career in 2012, Noah has worked across the country on a wide range of projects including multi-family, high-rise mixed use, higher ed, and commercial tenant improvements. His work is guided by a simple belief: every challenge deserves a solution that is both beautifully designed and deeply practical.

Noah joined RAD in 2025, and is excited to bring his experience to the world of high‑end residential architecture and to help create homes that feel as intentional as they are inspiring.

When he’s not at his computer or wrangling his kids, you’ll likely find him on his bike, out on his snowboard, or wading into a river in search of the perfect cast.
